1. Services and Deliverables
Our services include consulting, full-cycle game development, asset creation, UX/UI design, testing, and maintenance as agreed in your contract or project proposal.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the customized nature of software and game development services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or deliverables have been approved. However, we consider refund requests under the following conditions:
- Non-delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver any agreed-upon services without justification or notice.
- Major Defects: If the delivered product contains critical defects that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
- Contract Cancellation: If the contract is canceled by mutual agreement before significant work begins.
3. Requesting a Refund

4. Refund Process
Upon receiving your request, we will review it and respond within 14 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Work already completed and approved by the client
- Custom work that has been delivered in accordance with the contract
- Services provided in good faith without breach of contract
6. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding refunds or service quality, we encourage open communication to resolve the matter amicably. If necessary, disputes will be handled under the governing law specified in the contract.
